In the United States, women earn only about 35% of the undergraduate degrees in STEM, a number that has remained unchanged for the past decade, even though women account for almost 60% of college graduates. As educational consultants, we have the opportunity to help support young women as they consider academic programs and colleges that match their interest in STEM professions.
